The corporation was founded in 2012 from the relationship between Maine Biomass and Groupe Savoie, the manufacturer of Canawick compressed wood products. The original Maine Biomass retail business, created in 2005 to explore and provide environmentally conscious fuel alternatives to Maine residents, continues to service local Maine residents as before. What We Sell

Maine Biomass offers densified wood blocks, bricks, logs and pellets for home heating use. These are recycled compressed wood products for use in fireplaces, wood stoves and boiler and pellet stoves and boilers. Why use compressed wood products instead of conventional cord wood? Here a few good reasons:

Our products are guaranteed to come cleanly packaged and dry which means you can store them inside without bugs, ants, mold and mildew issues.
Our products are made from reclaimed wood waste from New England and Canadian saw mills, making them an environmentally conscious fuel source.
Our products burn cleaner, hotter and longer than cord wood. This means less creosote build-up, less ash cleaning, less stove loading and less pollution.

EARLY BIRD SALE!

The pick-up is on for tomorrow. I have all products in stock except pellets. They should be in next week.
The 2012 Early bird sale has started. We have all products in stock and are ready for delivery.

Pick-Up Information

Scheduled Early Bird Sale Warehouse Pick-Up Times:

Saturday May 26th: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Saturday June 2nd: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Saturday June 9th: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Please check the website the day prior to insure that the pick-up is on and that all products are in stock.

Warehouse Directions:

Directions to Brunswick warehouse:

Warehouse location for scheduled customers picking up is 127 Pleasant Street, Unit 13, Brunswick, ME. The warehouse is located behind the Salvation Army Family Store. During regular business hours you can pull through the Salvation Army parking lot to the warehouse. If the gates are closed, follow the instructions below:

Take a right onto Webster just after the River road traffic light (Shell station on corner).
Take a right onto Turner.
Turner will end and you will drive straight into my warehouse parking lot. It says exit only but it is o.k. to pull in slowly. My warehouse is #13 on the far left.

Please note that we are at the warehouse only during listed hours or by appointment. We post pick-up hours here on my "What's New" section.

Please bring tie down straps to cover your load!

Please make sure that your truck and/or trailer tires are properly inflated.

Please note that we only accept credit card orders in advance. We cannot process them at the warehouse. For warehouse purchases please bring cash or check.
